Step 3: Next, choose your trigger.

Step 4: Next, you will be asked to test the first stage of your zap.

To do this, you can click on the blue ‘Fetch and Continue’ button to test your Yocale trigger by having it fetch an existing booking.

However, if you don’t have past bookings in your calendar, you can select ‘Skip Test and Continue’ instead.

Step 5: Under ‘Action,’ you can go ahead and choose your app (QuickBooks, Google Calendar, MailChimp, etc.).

Step 6: Select your particular ‘Action’ from the list. Complete the remaining details to complete the zap (i.e. choose your Account, Set up your Template and Test this Step)

Step 7: Lastly, you will be prompted to turn your zap “On.”
