You can use the Yocale online booking with ease knowing that you are in complete control of your schedule.  The following are some of the configurations available with regards to your business booking policies and that of your staff:

BUSINESS POLICIES

1. Set individual staff and even specific service availabilities exactly as you like to enforce your online booking.

2. Custom service length, price, and time in between appointments.

3. Associate specific services to appropriate providers.

4. Enforce how open appointments are shown and can be booked online.  i.e., every 15min, 30min or on the hour.

5. Choice of Instant Booking or Appointment Request requiring confirmation by your providers or business.

6. Limit who can book you online.

7. Enforce cancellation policies.  Allow clients to cancel or change appointments up until a predetermined number of hours in advance.

8. Book for mobile or onsite visits.

9. Disable same day bookings.

10. Notifications directly to business and/or specific staff when appointments are booked/cancelled/rescheduled for any of your providers. This is done by Email or SMS.

9. Reduce no shows by sending email and txt reminders prior to client appointments at custom set number of hours in advance of the appointment.

11. Appointment confirmations via txt and email to your clients so they can add to their personal calendar and be provided with direction instructions or custom messages such as parking, cancellation policies, etc.

12. Custom intake forms to be filled based on your rules and specific services.
