Settings control and offer specific customization for all accounts registered on Yocale. If you are a provider or business, you have access to a wide range of various options tailored to create the most convenient and effective Yocale experience for you and your clients. You are able to access the Settings page under the Account menu after dropdown.

Member Settings

Since everyone that signs up to Yocale is a member. All accounts will have the For Members tab. Settings for Members is very limited because these accounts are made for users that just want to book with providers and businesses.

Send me SMS appointment reminders 24 hours before my appointment: By enabling this option, Yocale will send you an SMS text message 24 hours before any appointment you have on Yocale to remind you.

Business Settings

If you are a business owner, you have access to three category tabs – there is Profile, Booking and Calendar. Each tab allows you to customize different areas in the application.

Business Member Settings

Always default my profile to this service: When clients land on your public profile booking page, they have to select a service, this feature allows you to set the default service so clients don’t have to choose from the list.

Don’t issue receipts automatically: You can choose to be notified by email / SMS or both whenever a client books / changes and appointment for your location online or on the business or provider calendars.

Taxes and Additional Charges: This will allow you to add taxes and tips to your clients’ bills and invoices.

Business Member Bookings

Notify me when appointments are booked/cancelled/rescheduled for any of my providers: Yocale allows your clients to print receipts after you close the appointment. By enabling this feature, you will stop your clients from being able to print receipts.

You will still be able to send and print the receipts to the clients manually however.

Add the following message to my clients’ receipts: When your clients receive receipts, you can add a custom message to these receipts with any additional information you want to add.

Add the following message to my clients’ appointment confirmation emails (e.g. Parking instructions, Cancellation policy etc..): Yocale sends email message confirmations and reminder emails to your clients.
With this option, you can add your own custom message to the bottom of these emails with further instructions.
The details of the appointment (time, date, address, etc.) are already included in the address.

Business Member Calendar

Default Calendar Settings: Change the default start time, clock format and default view of your calendar.

Provider Settings

If you are a provider, then you have access to the For Provider Settings. These Settings let you customize and select how your Yocale account works. Various options here allow you to manage your clients, schedule and bookings to the utmost degree.

Provider Profile

Hide my profile: Enabling this option will hide your profile from appearing in the results of any member searches, and from appearing in the Yocale directories.
Members can still access your booking page as long as they enter the profile URL directly into their browsers or from their favorites list.

Allow businesses that I work for to manage my profile: If you are using Yocale as part of a business, you can let the business owner or administrator manage your profile, locations, services, and schedule for you by enabling this option.

If you work with multiple businesses with this same account then you may want to disable this option to ensure your privacy, but you will have to manage your profile yourself.

Provider Profile Booking

Only allow approved users to book me online: By enabling this feature, no one will be able to see your availability other than members whose email addresses you enter into Yocale. When you enable this option, you have to also add email addresses otherwise no one will see your availability.

Allow clients to cancel or change appointments up until: This is your cancellation policy. The time you enter here will dictate how long your clients can change their appointments before the appointment date. They will not be able to change any appointment after the cut-off date you specify here.

I don’t want clients to write reviews about me: This is not recommended, but will not allow your clients to write reviews about you. Your profile will still show the stars but will appear as if no reviews have been written.

Allow clients to book for someone else:  Allow your clients to book for someone else. When they do, this other person must confirm the appointment, how long do you want to give them before release the timeslot for anyone else to book it.

By enabling this feature, you will stop your clients from being able to print receipts.

Don’t allow same-day online bookings: This will change your public profile booking pages to not show any availability when anyone is looking at your profile for the same day as today.

Make booking comments mandatory for online bookings: This will require your clients to enter some notes to explain why they are making a booking, they will not be able to book an appointment without entering comments.
