“Buy Local” is a global growing movement encouraging consumers to create stronger, more diverse and vibrant communities by shifting their purchasing towards local businesses. The majority of Buy Local campaigns are mostly focused on retail. In 2013, Yocale launched a BOOK LOCAL initiative to benefit local appointment-based businesses.
Encouraging consumers to BOOK LOCAL with service providers will strengthen communities, create jobs, contribute significantly to the community tax base and increase revenue for local independent businesses.
