Yocale Marketing Terms and Conditions for Digital Marketing Services

Welcome to Yocale Marketing! We’re excited to work with you to enhance your online presence through our digital marketing services, which include Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social PPC, Website Development, and Website Maintenance. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions:

  • 1. Services Provided:
    • Yocale Marketing offers a range of digital marketing services designed to improve your online visibility and drive growth for your business. The specific services provided will be outlined in the proposal agreed upon by both parties.
  • 2. Client Responsibilities:
    • 2.1 Cooperation: As our valued client, your cooperation is vital for the success of our campaigns. You are required to provide us with necessary information, access, and resources when needed.
    • 2.2 Access: To effectively manage your campaigns, you must provide access to relevant accounts, websites, and platforms as required.
  • 3. Payment Terms:
    • 3.1 Upfront Payment: Payment for our services is required upfront, as outlined in the proposal. We’ll get to work on your campaigns or web development once the payment is received and confirmed.
    • 3.2 Agreement Terms: For ongoing advertising campaigns, our agreement initially operates on a month-to-month basis. We recommend a minimum commitment of three (3) months for optimal results. After this initial period, the agreement will continue on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled with a 30-day written notice.
    • 3.3 Late Payments: In the event of late payments (not received within fifteen (15) days of the due date), Yocale Marketing reserves the right to charge interest on the overdue amount at a rate of 3% per month.
  • 4. Termination:
    • Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.
  • 5. Intellectual Property:
    • All intellectual property created by Yocale Marketing during the provision of services, including website design, content, and ad creatives, remains the property of Yocale Marketing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • 6. Confidentiality:
    • All information and data shared during this partnership will be kept confidential by both parties.
  • 7. Liability:
    • Yocale Marketing is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unforeseen events, changes in search engine algorithms, or platform policies. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question.
  • 8. Dispute Resolution:
    • Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, with the location and method of resolution to be mutually agreed upon by both parties..
  • 9. Entire Agreement:
    • This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Yocale Marketing and the Client, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
