Take Online Payments, Pre-Payment, And No Show Payments Easily

And because Yocale works great across both desktop and mobile platforms, they’ll be able to book and pay from pretty much anywhere!

First, you’ll want to create an account with Yocale. Don’t worry – all of Yocale’s pricing plans include the Online Payments feature, including our free Essentials plan, so you won’t have to spend a cent to get started.

Once your Yocale account is up-and-running, you’ll want to connect your Stripe account to your Yocale account so you can begin taking payments online.

  1. From the Provider Tools section of your Yocale Dashboard, click
  2. Click on the Add Stripe Button to begin connecting your Stripe account.
  3. You’ll be able to name your Stripe account, as well as specify the currency of your payments.
  4. Double-check your details and click the Connect with Stripe From here, you’ll be sent to the Stripe website.
  5. Stripe will now request some of your business details. If you already have a Stripe account, you can log in and skip this step. If not, you’ll want to complete this form.
  6. Review your details for accuracy. When you’re ready to proceed, click the Authorize access to this account
  7. Head back to your Yocale Provider Dashboard and return to the Payments section to ensure that your Stripe account is connected.
  8. All done!

Take Pre-Payments For Appointments, Too

With Yocale and Stripe working in tandem for your business, you can also allow your customers to make Pre-Payments when booking your services online.

Once you’re all set up in Yocale and have connected your Stripe account, here’s how to enable Pre-Payments on your select services in just a few steps.

  1. From your Yocale Dashboard, click on your account’s email address to select from the Account Pulldown Menu.
  2. Click on Services/Products.
  3. You’ll see a list of your available services. Select a service that you’d like to enable Pre-Payments for by clicking that service’s edit button.
  4. Now that you’re in the Edit Service Screen, click the Pre-Payment/Authorization required button.
  5. In the Payment Account drop-down menu, select the Stripe payment account that you created earlier. This will be the account that your receives your Pre-Payments.
  6. In the Payment Requirements drop-down menu, select from either of the following two options depending on your preferences:
    1. Payment before booking is optional
    2. Payment before booking is required
  7. Scroll down and click Save to confirm your changes.

  1. Head to your Yocale Dashboard and click on your account’s email address in the top righthand corner to view the Account Pulldown Menu.
  2. Click on Services/Products.
  3. Your available services will be listed. Select a service that you’d like to enable No-Show Payments for by hitting the edit button.
  4. On the Edit Service Screen, click the Pre-Payment/Authorization required button.
  5. From the Payment Requirements drop-down menu, select Pre-authorize and charge in case of no-show.
  6. From here, you’ll be able to specify if you’d like to charge no-show clients a percentage of the total, or a flat rate.
  7. Complete your changes by clicking “save” at the bottom of the page.
  8. You’re done!
